All returns must be notified to us within 5 days from the time the merchandise was received. You can call 213-748-2025 or e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days it was received by the customer.
Return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise
We recommend that you insure the returned merchandise for its full value using any traceable carrier such as UPS & USPS.
We do not accept partial or pre-pack assortments. All pieces within the pre-pack must be returned. Customer can not pick and choose size or color and returning pieces.
All Returns are at customers expenses, unless items are damaged, in this case we will issue a call tag and pay for shipping.
